2. State the Week's reasoning question
For Risk Assessment, Preparedness, and Disaster Mitigation, the durable class question is: What evidence supports the judgment, what alternatives matter, and what remains outside the student's authority? Translate the live activity into one sentence that names the decision or explanation, the required evidence, the audience, and the expected output. 3. Build the work in proof order

Placement is a separate skill from selection. Before drafting, write the one-line use note the method section calls for, then place the source in the draft attached to a sentence that makes a claim, never as an opening decoration. The reliable order is claim first, citation second, qualifier third: state what is true, show who supports it, then name the limit of that support in the student's own words.
