It works better, because asynchronous means the work is written and written work can be reviewed before it is posted. The constraint is not the format, it is your lead time. Anything that arrives after your posting day cannot repair a participation row, so the tutoring has to sit ahead of the classroom clock rather than beside it. How far ahead should I plan a term?
