Do you cover both Course-Based and Tempo?
Yes. Course-Based work is built for letter grades and hard weekly deadlines, with an A as the target. Tempo work is written to the Mastered level on the first attempt, because an Achieved can never be re-attempted for Mastered. Same tutors, different rulebooks.
What does your grade promise actually cover?
Every supported deliverable aims at the ceiling of your pathway: an A on Course-Based, Mastered on Tempo. Should a graded piece we worked on return under that mark, we revise at no cost until it arrives. We will not promise a transcript result we are in no position to see.
