Who we are, and who we are not
Walden Tutors is an independent tutoring and academic support service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Walden University. Walden, Tempo Learning, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the coursework we support.
What you are buying
Original study materials and tutoring: model drafts and samples written to your assignment's requirements, rubric-mapped explanations, editing of your own drafts, coaching, and related academic support including research assistance and paperwork preparation. Deliverables are learning materials; responsibility for submitted work remains yours, and your institution's academic integrity policy governs your use of study materials.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate assignment details, rubrics, and deadlines; quotes are built from what you send.
- Never share institutional credentials with us; we do not accept them.
- Use delivered materials consistently with your institution's policies.
Turnaround, revisions, and the guarantee
Standard deliverables target delivery within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation; staged projects receive dated plans before payment. If supported work grades below the agreed target, an A on letter-graded deliverables or Mastered on Tempo assessments, we revise free until the target is met. The guarantee is a revision commitment on work we produced, not a promise of any institutional outcome.
Payment and refunds
Prices are quoted before work begins and charged through a secure third-party processor. Undelivered scoped orders are refunded in full; delivered work is covered by the revision guarantee rather than refunds, except where law requires otherwise.
Intellectual property
On full payment, delivered materials are licensed to you for personal educational use. Our methods and internal tooling remain ours; your materials are never republished or resold.
Acceptable use
We refuse work that involves impersonating a student to an institution, accessing institutional systems, or sitting assessments on someone's behalf. Exam-adjacent services are preparation and coaching only.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
