2. State the Week's reasoning question

Pitfall two: causal language resting on associational evidence. Words such as caused, led to, and reduced attach a strong claim to data that only shows a pattern. The repair is a substitution pass: change the verb to match the design, or add a qualifying clause naming the design and its limit. Run it as a dedicated search for those verbs rather than trusting a general reread.
Pitfall three: the logic sequence with a hole in the middle. An activity is connected to a distant outcome with nothing in between. The repair is to insert the immediate output and the short-term change, and where no evidence supports those links, to say so and lower the strength of the claim rather than removing the gap from view.
