2. State the Week's reasoning question

Three Week 9 traps, and the fix for each

The first trap is planning closing work as one long block of writing time. Assembly, source consolidation, format conversion, and upload each take real time and none of them are writing. The second trap is an evaluation section that measures satisfaction because satisfaction is easy to measure, while the analysis argued about a different outcome. The fix is to require every evaluation plan to name the outcome measure from the analysis first, then add process measures beneath it.

The third trap is leaving dependencies to the end: group contributions, approvals, proctoring arrangements, or a submission route nobody has tested. The fix is to resolve or escalate every dependency now and to confirm the technical submission path with a small test upload where the classroom allows one.
