2. State the Week's reasoning question

Causal language from a design that cannot support it. The fix is a verb audit of the final draft: highlight the verb in every claim sentence and check it against the design recorded in the evidence table row behind that sentence.
Reporting that a result was significant and stopping there. Without direction, size, and units, a reader cannot judge anything at all. The fix is a rule that every reported result states what changed, by how much, in what units, and with what stated uncertainty.
A recommendation aimed at nobody. Advice written for a general audience cannot be evaluated for feasibility, cost, or authority. The fix is to name the decision maker in the first clause of the recommendation and to state what that person actually controls.
