2. State the Week's reasoning question

3. Build the work in proof order

Draft the highest-risk row first, not necessarily the introduction. Protect time for replies, calculations, format conversion, approvals, and the final upload.

Turn the calculation into a routine that survives a busy week

Cadence is built by repeating the same six moves in the same order until they stop consuming attention: restate the question in one sentence, list every input with its source and period, name the rule being applied, compute, interpret against the decision, then test the result for sign, size, and units.
