2. State the Week's reasoning question

3. Build the work in proof order

The third is unbounded scope, where the artifact keeps absorbing interesting material until nothing is finished well. The fix is the scope sentence plus a notes file, and a rule that no new section is added once the skeleton has been checked against the rubric.
