2. State the Week's reasoning question

Two Week 2 pitfalls and the repair for each
The first pitfall is building the Week around the final due time. Work planned backward from one deadline leaves no room for the reply window, the file conversion, or the upload check, and those are exactly the steps most likely to fail late at night.
